4TB Western Digital My Book storage drive – $100 price cut

Having a 4TB external drive might seem like a dream a couple of years ago, but it’s not anymore, as Western Digital offers the My Book World Edition device. This is an equipment meant to be used as a network storage space, is powered via a plug and has the RJ45 Ethernet slot on the back for the network cable. Inside you get 2x 2TB WD 3.5″ drives. There’s also another version, with 2X1 TB drives.

In terms of features, there are some interesting ones like the media server for streaming music and video software and the iTunes compatibility, so it can be programmed to download content from there directly via the the Internet.
