9.7 inch Kindle DX reading device from Amazon

This is the big Kindle reader from Amazon, the DX. Unlike its smaller brothers, this one comes with a huge 9.7 inch screen, and that makes it a better device for reading books (as you can easily get the font bigger and still display enough paragraphs so reading experience won’t be affected) . Not to mention the fact that it has an accelerometer so image can change from landscape to portrait . Also, imagine how papers an magazine look on that bigger screen with improved resolution and more shapes of gray…

The Kindle DX do comes with all these advantages and more (has bigger storage space for instance), but is also more expensive than the Kindle 2, as it sells right now for $489 without any discount. And i doubt we’re going to see any this Black Friday, but who knows, hopefully I’m mistaking, we’ll find out the net week.

Anyway, if i were to choose between a DX and a 6 inch Kindle and money won’t be a problem, i would surelly go for the DX. But with this one being almost twice as expensive, I’m not that sure… Anyway, you should see the link below for more info on this product.
