Kodak Zi8 pocket HD camcorder for under 150$

Flip started it all, now everyone follows, including Kodak, with its Zi8, a pocket HD camcorder in the shoot-and-share category. It’s pocketable like a amateur digital shooter, but has HD capabilities, along with point and shoot pictures.

The Kodak Zi8 can record High Definition video (1080p at 30 fps with 16:9 aspect ratio). Videos are stored on an SD/SDHC memory card (so you have to buy one, up to 32 GB in size), but the rechargeable batteries are on Kodak.

You can see what you’re shooting (already recoreded) on a large 2.5 inch screen. An included software allows you to copy and edit videos on your PC, so no hassle here on getting additional programs. Transfer cables are also included, but they’re detachable, not retractable on a Flip mini HD camcorder.
